Is it all right to use two Tampax® tampons at one time?

No. We specifically recommend that only one tampon at a time be used. The use of two tampons at the same time will prevent each tampon from expanding properly to be in the best position to achieve its maximum absorbency potential. Also, one of the withdrawal cords may be pushed up inside the vagina. Our Super Plus absorbency size was designed for those individuals with extra-heavy flow. This size should be used when Supers do not provide adequate protection.
